Job Title:Specifications Analyst : Engineering
This position is located in Hesston, KS and reports directly to Engineering Supervisor:Specifications Department.
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Process Engineering Change Notices for new releases and revised drawings through the engineering release work flow.
:Load part numbers, bills of materials and ECN information into the AGCO:Hesston MRP business system.
:Verify part information, bills of materials, and ECN information for data integrity.
:Must work accurately and have ability to effectively handle and process large volumes of information.
:Assist Supervisor with converting Global ECNs to local ECNs.
:Assist with data analysis using multiple systems and compiling in Excel.
:Strong analytical skill sets are required for a detail oriented individual who is a willing worker and is ready to join an innovative, fast:paced, team environment.
:Strong computer skills and good communication skills are a necessity.
:Attention to detail with methodical approach to reviewing prints and ensuring data uploads into business system correctly.
:Able and willing to communicate with engineering staff when data errors or omissions are discovered in Pro/E CAD files.
:Possess working knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
:Ability to interpret Pro/E CAD documents preferred.
:Agriculture product and bill of material structure knowledge preferred.
:Knowledgeable in usage of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe preferred.
:Able to work effectively as a team member and be willing to learn new skills as necessary.
