The company specializes in serving clients with consulting, marketing, branding, business development, and results driven customer engagement.We are seeking an Receptionist Office Assistantto join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.Responsibilities: Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Create, design, and manage job descriptions, postings, and recruiting plans Organize, source, update, track all candidates with ATS system Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Create and deliver accurate reports on relevant applicant and employee data Communicate with public services when necessary Accurately maintain employee files Coordinate events focused on employee recognitionQualifications:Required Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position Knowledge of labor and employment laws Experience creating job descriptions and applicant database updates Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional PC literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, database) Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred BS degree in Human Resources or related field PHR or SPHR Certification Associate degree in Human Resources or related field At least two years of education in Human Resources or related field At least two years of experience in Human ResourcesEqual Employment Opportunity:The Equal Employment Opportunity Policy of the company is to provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all associates and job applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability.
